Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Orderhood, our focus is on complete client satisfaction. While we make our service available to buyers completely free of cost, the shop owners have to subscribe to continue with the services, after the initial free period. The shop owners’ paid subscriptions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions
1. The free period is offered at the discretion of Orderhood and the duration is solely controlled by Orderhood.
2. Orderhood is free to change the offer price of any of the subscription plans, or replace an existing plan with a new one.
3. Subscriptions to any plan is non-refundable. However, if the subscription is unusable due to outage of the application, we will be open to resolve your issues. If the outage is not resolved within reasonable time for which there is genuine loss of business, Orderhood may consider refunding your subscription partially. All refunds will be processed back to the consumer's credit card/debit card/payment account within 7-14 working days.
